Terms of Use
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of Habishine. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, creating an account for, or using Habishine ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Habishine. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Your account
Habishine requires an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@habishine.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial habit and task tracking, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Habishine Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. The length of the free trial and the price of each plan are shown before you buy — in the app in your local currency, or on the web in US dollars.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
If you subscribe on the web, payment is charged to your card when you confirm the purchase and again on each renewal date. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Web subscriptions are not currently offered to customers in the European Union.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time: an App Store subscription in your Apple Account settings or from Settings → Subscription in the app; a web subscription from Settings → Subscription at app.habishine.com or from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases and handles their billing and refunds; refund requests for those go to Apple. For web purchases we are the seller and Stripe processes the payment — write to support@habishine.com about a web subscription.
If your subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. Your habits, tasks and history remain, you keep access to read them, and you can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels a web subscription immediately, without a refund of the remaining period; an App Store subscription is not affected and must be cancelled with Apple.
6. Your content
You own the habits, tasks, and other content you create in the app. We store and sync that content so you can use it across your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own copies of anything important to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure, use it to break the law, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
8. Reminders are not guaranteed
Reminders and notifications are provided as a convenience and depend on your device, its settings, and third-party notification services. We do not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered on time or at all, and you should not rely on the app for time-critical or safety-critical alerts.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the app and its sync service available and reliable, but we provide them on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and maintenance or factors outside our control may cause interruptions.
10. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services (including Amazon Web Services and the Apple and Google notification systems) to operate. Your use of the app through a mobile platform is also subject to that platform provider's terms.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account (or from the subscription screen, if you have not subscribed). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will always be preserved.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update the app and these terms over time. When we make material changes we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
